Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially for popular dates like weekends and holidays. For weddings, we suggest booking 9-12 months in advance. For corporate events and private parties, 2-6 months is typically sufficient. However, don't hesitate to contact us for last-minute requests; we will always do our best to accommodate you if our schedule allows.

Absolutely. We take dietary needs very seriously. We can accommodate a wide range of requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, and more. Please provide us with a detailed list of all dietary restrictions when you book. Our chefs take meticulous care to avoid cross-contamination, and we will create delicious alternative dishes that are just as appealing as our standard menu items, ensuring all your guests have a wonderful dining experience.

Of course! We pride ourselves on creating bespoke menus that reflect your personal taste and event theme. Our posted menus are a starting point to showcase our style, but we love collaborating with clients to design a custom menu from scratch. Whether you want to include a cherished family recipe or create a specific culinary theme, our chefs are excited to work with you to develop the perfect menu for your event.

Our proposals are detailed and transparent. The price per person typically includes the food as described in the menu. Staffing, rentals (like plates, cutlery, linens), and administrative fees are itemized separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for. We do have event minimums, which vary depending on the day of the week and time of year. Please contact us with your event details for an accurate and customized quote.
