This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by CaterCo ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of our Site, including any content, menus, and services offered. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Use of Website and Menu Information
The menus, service descriptions, and gallery images on this Site are provided for informational purposes to prospective clients.
- Accuracy of Information: We strive to provide accurate information, but menus and item availability are subject to change based on seasonality and market availability. All menu items and prices should be considered samples until confirmed in a formal proposal.
- User Conduct: You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose. You may not use the information or images on this Site to misrepresent our services or for any other commercial purpose without our express permission.
3. Catering Service Agreements
These terms apply to clients ("Clients") who engage our catering services.
- Proposals and Contracts: All catering services must be formalized through a written proposal and a signed service agreement. This agreement will detail the full scope of services, including menu, date, location, guest count, staffing, pricing, and our cancellation policy. An event is not considered booked until a signed contract and deposit have been received.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including final guest counts by the agreed-upon date, and for notifying us of all known dietary restrictions and allergies. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
4. Disclaimers
- No Allergy Guarantee: We make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and prevent cross-contamination in our kitchen. However, our facility handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any menu item will be completely free of allergens. Clients are responsible for informing their guests of this risk.
- Third-Party Links: Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., partner venues, vendors). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CATERCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALLERGIC REACTIONS OR OTHER ISSUES ARISING FROM A CLIENT'S FAILURE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE DIETARY INFORMATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OUR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THOSE SERVICES.
7. Changes to These Terms
